Aloha Chant

Aloha Chant was taught to my Kumuʻs Kumu, Aunty Lani in 1962.

The very first person who chanted this Oli was Aunty Lani at the Opening Ceremony of Aloha Week.
Aunty Kaniʻs Cousin, Aunty Maʻiki Aiu Lake was a Director of this Aloha week on that time and she assigned Aunty Lani as a Chanter on this whole series of event.

The King of the event was Carl Hanohano, Queen was Francis Holt.

Aunty Lani and Aunty Maʻiki is know as Hula Master, both are Kumu Hula who ʻUniki from Rosalie Lokalia Lovelle Monrgomery.
